Welcome to The Leys Health Centre
We are a practice of 10 GPs assisted by a physiotherapist, a pharmacist, four Practice Nurses and three Health Care Assistants. From time to time we need to employ locums to cover absences. In addition, we have District Nurses, Health Visitors, a podiatry service, speech and language therapists and a range of psychotherapy professionals attached to the practice.
The team is supported by a dedicated Reception and Admin team who are able to help you find the most appropriate appointment and sort out any administrative issues you may have such as sick notes or checking on a hospital referral.
Our aim is to provide an effective and personal service, working confidentially in partnership with you, to achieve a high standard of medical care in a friendly and professional manner.
Urinary Tract Infections
If you are aged 16-64 and suffering from symptoms of a UTI speak to your pharmacist first before contact the Practice. Lloyds Pharmacy and the Leys Pharmacy are both participating in the Service.
