Booking for seasonal flu vaccination starts at the end of September.
Clinics are scheduled on a variety of days and times during October, November and December. There are regular teatime/early evening clinics to assist those who work or otherwise are unavailable during usual surgery hours.
In general, the vaccine is available free of charge to those over 65, in a clinical risk group (e.g. chronic heart disease, diabetes, COPD, etc), those in residential homes, frontline healthcare workers and poultry workers.
Further general information about seasonal flu vaccination for adults and children, including more details of eligible groups, click here or information can be found on the NHS Choices website at http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vaccinations/pages/flu-influenza-vaccine.aspx
Please ask at reception if you are unsure whether you qualify for the jab.

This year the government is providing flu vaccination for healthy two and three year olds. This is by use of a nasal spray rather than an injection.
